Customs, Duties & Taxes

All orders shipped outside of the UK are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

This means the recipient is responsible for paying all duties, import VAT/sales tax, and customs handling fees levied by the destination country's government or postal service upon delivery. We are legally unable to pre-collect these charges. If the customer refuses to pay these fees, the package will be abandoned or returned to us, and any original shipping costs and return fees will have to be deducted from your refund.
